(Impex) since its inception has been seen itself as a corporate citizen, responsible to the society and undertaking activities that promote various social and charitable objectives. In association with NGOs, we have indulged many social and charitable activities inorder to conduct these activities in a structured manner and to streamline and provide more focus and direction to the activities undertaken by the Company in its sphere, it has soon formed as a charitable trust, namely Impex Foundation. Impex Foundation was established to support the less privileged sections of society. It will undertake charitable activities devoid of religion, caste, creed, or gender.
